Terms of use

1. Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm that the information you give (including your age) is true. One account per person.

2. Your behaviour

You agree not to:

• use fake photos, impersonate someone or misrepresent who you are;
• ask other members for money, gifts, bank or card details, or promote any product or service;
• send harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit or unsolicited messages;
• post content that is illegal or that you do not have the right to share;
• send spam or contact members in bulk, or use bots and scripts on the site.

We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, without notice.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and text you post. You allow us to display them to other members for the purpose of running the service. You can delete them at any time.

4. Safety

We do not run criminal background checks and cannot guarantee the identity or intentions of members. Never send money to someone you met online, and meet for the first time in a public place. Use the Report and Block buttons on any profile or conversation if something feels wrong.

5. Verified badge

Members can ask to be verified by sending an official ID and a selfie holding it. The badge means we checked that the ID looked genuine, matched the member's photos and showed they were 18 or older at the time of the check. It is not a background check or a guarantee of anyone's intentions. Sending a document that isn't yours or has been altered leads to permanent account removal.

6. Relationships, Our Journey and success stories

A relationship on the site starts only when both members agree, and either of them can end it at any time. The "In a Relationship" badge shows what two members declared here; we do not check it, and it is not proof of an engagement or a marriage.

Our Journey is private to the two partners. Each of you is responsible for what you add to it, and the rules in section 2 apply there too.

A success story is published only when both members approved the same version and our team reviewed it. By approving it, you allow us to show the text and photos you both chose on the Success Stories page and the home page until either of you withdraws it. Do not write about someone without their agreement, and do not share false stories, contact details or other people's private information. We may refuse, hide or remove any story.

7. Games and game coins

Games on the site, such as Ludo, are for fun. Coins, levels and skins exist only inside the game: they cannot be bought with money, sold, given to another member or exchanged for money or prizes, and they have no value outside the game.

You earn coins with the welcome gift, the daily bonus, finished games and friends who join with your invitation link. Invite only real people who choose to join. Creating accounts yourself, inviting from your own network or devices, arranging games to collect coins, or using scripts is not allowed: we may then cancel the rewards, remove coins and skins, and suspend the account.

We may change prices, rewards and limits, or close the shop, at any time.

8. The service

The site is free and provided "as is". We may change or stop features at any time. We are not responsible for the behaviour of members on or off the site.

9. Closing your account

From Settings you can deactivate your account (it is hidden from other members until you log in again) or delete it. A deleted account is hidden right away and permanently erased after 30 days; logging in during those 30 days restores it.
