Why can't I send messages?

To send messages:

• confirm your email address;
• complete at least 50% of your profile;
• the other member must not have blocked you, and their account must be active;
• your account must not be frozen after rule violations.

To stop spam, there is also a limit on how many messages you can send per minute and how many new conversations you can start each day. The message on your screen tells you what is missing.
