Can I edit or unsend a message?

Yes, while the other member hasn't read it yet, and for a limited time after sending. Open the options of your message and choose Edit or Unsend.

An edited message shows "Edited". Photos and voice messages can't be edited, only unsent. Once a message has been read, it can't be changed.
